About the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta Fishing:

Puerto Vallarta is one of the world's top destinations for serious sportfishing. Home to the annual Puerto Vallarta Sailfish and Marlin Tournament every November, Banderas Bay is known for providing the best sport fish year round. Mild winter temperatures and the shelter of bay make for comfortable conditions any time you come and visit.

The Bay of Banderas is the second largest bay in North America and seventh largest in the world. More than twenty miles across, it offers 40 miles of coastline and some of the best sport fishing in the world. The bay is home to dolphins, sea turtles, humpback whales and giant manta rays.
